Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy describes the general cancellation and refund terms of Diga Global. The written proposal or invoice for your engagement takes precedence where it states different terms.

Consultations

Initial consultations booked through this website are free. You can cancel or reschedule by replying to our confirmation or contacting us.

One-time projects

Projects normally begin after an advance payment stated in the proposal. If you cancel before work starts, the advance is refundable less any third-party costs already incurred. Once work has started, fees for completed and in-progress milestones are not refundable.

Monthly services

Monthly retainers can be cancelled with written notice before the next billing cycle. The current month already billed is not refundable. There is no lock-in unless agreed in writing.

Third-party costs

Advertising spend, domains, hosting, software subscriptions and other third-party charges are paid to those providers and cannot be refunded by us.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method or by bank transfer, typically within 14 working days. GST is adjusted as required by law.
